Document Ε 1.1.2 : Policy for Quality

Management has developed the company’s Policy for Quality for international transport services, taking into account the most effective ways to deliver reliable services to customers and stay efficient and competitive.

Diodos International Forwarders S.A., through this Policy for Quality, is committed to:

  • Striving to offer customers services of the highest possible quality.
  • Delivering freight within the requested timeframe while adhering to every customer requirement.
  • Taking every step to adhere to regulations on employee health and safety, as well as the operation of the company, in general.
  • Making all resources available to safeguard the cargo owned by customers.
  • Keeping information on intellectual or commercial property of customers strictly confidential.
  • Adhering to every measure and policy prescribed by the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
  • Working towards conditions of mutual trust and cooperation among suppliers, customers, partners and subcontractors.
  • Staying up to date with the latest developments in the sector and, when possible, participate actively.
  • Offering employees effective education, training and specialization opportunities to address market requirements.
  • Dedicating resources toward sustaining and improving the effectiveness of the company’s Quality Management System.
  • Collecting and analysing data from operational and performance results, aiming to set and achieve clear and measurable goals for Quality. These goals will be revisited and measured regularly.
  • Satisfying the expectations of every involved party, to the best of our ability.

The company ensures the implementation, control and readjustment of its Policy for Quality through the Quality Management System in place. The validity of this System is achieved through its certification by an Independent Certification Organisation according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The implementation of the Policy for Quality is made possible for Diodos International Forwarders S.A. through the active participation of every employee in observing, developing and effectively documenting every process prescribed by this System.

This policy has been made public and shared among every member of staff.
